IIE Leadership & People Management
INTRODUCTION
This programme is designed for new to middle managers seeking to enhance their people management skills.
Managers are expected to lead their teams effectively and foster high levels of performance. In order to achieve this, it is important to have a good understanding of employee dynamics that affect relationships on and between all levels in the organisation. With adequate knowledge on these dynamics, a manager is equipped to deal with common issues such as lack of employee motivation and ineffective teamwork.

- Individuals currently in a new to middle management positions
- Individuals managing junior managers
- Entrepreneurs looking to motivate their workforce and inspire higher levels of performance
DURATION
Lectures are held once a week in the evenings or on a Saturday morning over 10 weeks.
PROGRAMME MATERIAL
The Short Learning Programme (SLP) fee includes all programme material, which becomes the property of the student. This material is a valuable source of ongoing reference.
PROGRAMME EVALUATION
The completion of a portfolio of evidence or an assignment.
