At Madge Wallace, we pride ourselves on the high standard of the modular training and short courses we offer. We have taken all our programmes and divided them into structured modules, allowing you to keep building on to the different levels of knowledge and practical application.

Part Time classes are held at various times & days depending on the demand and lecturer availability and can vary from course to course, however we endeavour to offer classes on weekdays, weekday evenings or Saturday mornings to accommodate those students who are currently working.
The Duration of Part Time courses may vary depending on the training required. This can be anything from 1 month up to a 6 or 10 month course.
With the increasing demand for our Courses, we have introduced more Part Time Lectures starting mid-year, allowing students to register and study the subject of choice into the following year. These modules offer the student the opportunity to study the treatment of their choice which allows you to:

♦ Start studying from mid-year to mid-year the following year
♦ Upgrade skills to add to an existing qualification
♦ Learn different techniques for self-improvement
♦ Launch off into a new and exciting career

These include Dermatologists, Cosmetic Product Houses, Therapists, Health Experts, Educational Consultants and other industry related Professionals. The theory and practical training takes place in the up-to-date training facilities in an environment that encourages learning and career development. All programmes offered are based on national and international requirements, leading to recognized qualifications. The process of RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) is practiced at Madge Wallace. RPL is used as a form of acknowledging and assessing students who have had previous training. This is a process to promote life-long learning.

EXAMINATIONS & ASSESSMENTS
Continuous assessments are conducted throughout the training and the final assessment is conducted on completion of a programme to establish the competency of each student.
Practical and Theory assessments are conducted in accordance with National and International requirements.

On successful completion of the 2nd year programme, the student is awarded the Madge Wallace Skincare Therapy & Body Therapy National Diploma and will have the option to do the CIDESCO and ITEC International exams.
