Bellavista School (est, 1967) is a small remedial school, centrally situated in Johannesburg, Gauteng. It is a Non-Profit Organization with a PBO status. Bellavista is a member of The Independent School Association of Southern Africa, The British Dyslexia Association, The International Dyslexia Association and SAALED (South African Association for Learners with Educational Differences). The well-established assessment centre is registered with the Board of Health Funders and has a practice number as a child development clinic. The school is 50 years old and celebrates a legacy of excellent delivery over the decades. Past learners of the school continue to call in and drop word of their progress and success later in life.
Admission At Bellavista School
Bellavista School is a school for children with learning potential who present with specific or general learning difficulties. Suitability of children for admission is determined following a considered review of a multi-disciplinary assessment portfolio. Standardised assessment reports from Educational Psychologists, Speech-Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, medical practitioners, current schools and Learner Support Educators are considered valid in comprising this portfolio. The criteria for admission are that the child would benefit from the education and resources on offer at Bellavista School.

STEP 1: Call our offices on 011 788 5454 to request a questionnaire, or download one from this page.
STEP 2: Email the completed questionnaire to seek@bellavistaschool.co.za, along with any supporting documentation (i.e. latest Medical, Visual, Audiology, Speech Therapy , Occupational Therapy, Psychological, or School reports). The more information supplied on application, the quicker we can process the questionnaire. You will receive an acknowledgement email of the receipt of your documents. If you do not receive this acknowledgement within 48 hours please call the S.E.E.K. office on 011 788 5454.
STEP 3: Make a payment of R900.00, which is a non-refundable administrative cost which does not form part of the assessment fee, directly to our offices or by electronic transfer to:
