Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration at UWC

Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or PGDBA is a 1-year diploma course, further divided into 2 semesters, that deals with the study of management of the business, its administration, general operations and marketing, finance, etc.

The Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) is a new NQF Level 8 (120 credit) qualification aimed at working professionals who want to acquire general management skills. It is a two-year, part-time programme preparing students for roles in middle management. An exciting aspect of this eight-module qualification is that it is designed to be a bridging programme for locally-offered MBA programmes.

Admission requirements:

National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with at least ONE of the following:

At least ten years’ relevant work experience, or

A completed Advanced Diploma in Management (ADM), or

An equivalent HEQF Level 7 qualification.
