Valid CPL or ATPL

  • Theory

80 hours of theoretical pattern
Pass the following flight instructor examinations as per SA CAA:

  • Applied Meteorology and Navigation
  • Principles of Flight and Legislation

Pass the theoretical ground test as per SA CAA

  • Practical

  • 20 hours of flight pattern
  • Pass the flight test as per SA CAA
