Included in the tuition fee

All written course material and briefs

Full access to the Resource Centre for digital and hardcopy references. No textbooks are required.

Access to the 150 computers on campus with all the required software

Uncapped WIFI Access

Onsite access to an unlimited shared drive

Secured parking at Pirates Sports Club

Student card

Excluded from the tuition fee

Additional costs include:

Reservation Fee. This is a compulsory non-refundable non-deductible fee of R1500-00 due on reservation

Copyright fee. This is a compulsory fee of R220-00 due at registration

Replacements of student card (R100-00)

Stationery, materials, printing etc for the completion of projects / portfolio

Terms and Conditions

Students will not be registered until the first instalment of tuition fee has been paid

The discounted option is only applicable if the full amount is paid on or before the day of registration

Payment may be made by credit card or EFT. Cash and post-dated cheques are not accepted.

All fees are payable in South African Rands only.

GDC reserves the right to withhold results and computer access should student accounts be in arrears

Should students de-register:

a.No tuition fee will be charged if the De-Registration Form is received in writing by GDC on or before 12 February 2026, and any amounts already paid towards tuition will be returned.

b.Half of the year’s tuition fee is payable if the De-Registration Form is received in writing by GDC on or before 1 April 2026.

c.The full year’s tuition fee is payable if the De-Registration Form is received in writing after 1 April 2026.

d.Should there be remaining installments owing to GDC toward the tuition fee at de-registration, these will be due on the date of de-registration. De-registrations will not be processed until the tuition fee is paid in full and the student will remain registered. This may result in the student failing the year.
