GSB Negotiation Skills for Managers
Research highlights that less than five per cent of negotiators reach win-win deals, while outright lose-lose statistics are as high as 20 per cent. So, isn’t it worth learning the art of successful negotiation? In business dealings especially, can you afford to be a poor negotiator when it could directly impact your long-term success?
This negotiation short course at the GSB equips delegates with the confidence and skills to successfully negotiate in a personal and business capacity. The Negotiation Skills for Managers programme uses contemporary negotiation theory, research, situational, role-playing and mediation practices to ensure that the most efficient practices, processes and skills are imparted to delegates enabling them to master complex negotiations.
