IBM Public Office Administration

The Institute of Business Management of Southern Africa – IBM is an accredited training provider and offers the Public Office Administration course as an approved skills qualification.

It is a SAQA registered LGSETA accredited skills programme, the aim of which is to alleviate the critical need for well-trained persons to serve in public office and Local Government administration.
A skills programme is an occupationally-directed programme comprising an agreed cluster of unit standards constructed to constitute credits towards NQF registered qualifications delivered by an accredited provider.
Ideal for those in full time employment in government aspiring to more senior positions, promotion and better income but cannot attend full time study.

No admission requirements

Matric is not essential. The language of instruction is in easy to follow English. It is assumed that you are competent in communication, mathematical literacy, computer literacy at NQF Level 3, or equivalent.

Certification

Your IBM LGSETA Course Certificate will be issued indicating unit standards completed and credits earned. Credits can be used towards appropriate further study at any accredited training institution in South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland and Lesotho.
