3 YEAR FOOD PREPARATION AND CULINARY ARTS DIPLOMA (8065-02 and 8065-03)
Students become accomplished Chefs, gaining the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required through working in top Kitchens for a minimum of one year.
NB: The Internal Diploma in Patisserie is included with this qualification
3 YEAR HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT DIPLOMA (8065, 8066, 8067, 8068)
On completion of this qualification the students will have studied and worked in all operational areas of the Hotel industry over a three year period. A minimum of one year is workplace experience in top establishments.
The qualification includes:
