We require an experienced hotel and restaurant duty supervisor and function co-ordinator candidate for our boutique hotel.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop menus for the portfolio of Evening Trade Brands to ensure relevant innovation alignment with the trends
• Implement and manage the entire New Product Development (NDP) process:

Job Description:
General Events Coordination duties will apply such as all administrative functions pertaining to quotations, & ensure confirmation & deposits are received.
Liaise with décor and hiring companies.
Position is Monday to Friday 7 am to 4pm.
Weekends working either Saturday or Sunday .
Position is mainly office based.

Qualifications:
