School of Aviation – Seneca Flight Services Program Description

The Flight Services program encourages you to develop career-related skills, knowledge and behaviours to effectively perform a variety of functions required in providing exceptional passenger service as you work in the travel industry.

Seneca is continually finding new ways of introducing current business technologies into its programming. Starting in September 2024, as a new student in the Flight Services – Operations and Cabin Crew Diploma program you’ll lighten your book load. Flight Services courses will now be offered digitally and course materials delivered via Apple’s iPad. You’ll benefit from relevant and engaging course content that promotes collaboration and conversation to ensure you’re always learning ahead of the curve. If you already have an iPad that’s great, it must be 4^th generation or later with iOS 8 or higher with at least 2GB of space to accommodate course materials. If you don’t, don’t worry you’ll just need to purchase one directly through Apple or one of their authorized retailers. Get ahead at Seneca.
Graduates from this program receive a Flight Services – Operations and Cabin Crew Ontario College Diploma.

School of Aviation – Seneca Flight Services Admission Requirements

Program Eligibility:

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with:
  • Grade 12 English: ENG4(C) or ENG4(U)
• OR Mature Student Status (age 19 or older) with the above prerequisite course(s), their equivalent(s) or appropriate Academic and Career Entrance (ACE) Certificate program credits (see Academic Upgrading).
