Specialist Financial Modelling – Mergers & Acquisitions
Growth through acquisitions is a key strategy of many South African and global corporates. The subsequent value creation or destruction arising from acquisitions will also be covered for performance measurement. The 2-day workshop involves delegates using and building Excel models on their laptops to enhance their knowledge and experience in analysing acquisitions.

This programme is designed for CEO’s, company directors, audit committee members, financial managers, business development managers, financial analysts, corporate financiers, investment analysts, asset managers and entrepreneurs. Delegates should have some experience in the use of Excel. In addition, you should have some theoretical knowledge of acquisitions or some practical experience in doing deals.
