Situated at the foot of the breathtaking Stellenbosch mountain, this centre is a training facility that forms part of the Sport Science Department of the University of Stellenbosch, providing quality service in a relaxed yet professional environment.
Biokinetics is the profession concerned with health promotion, the maintenance of physical abilities and final phase rehabilitation, by means of scientifically-based physical activity programme prescription.

• Heated indoor pool
• Heated indoor rehabilitation pool
• Fully-equipped training area
• Change room and shower facilities

WHO IS WELCOME?
People of ALL AGES who want to improve or maintain their health status or quality of life. This includes people with health problems (diabetes, high blood pressure, vascular conditions, osteoporosis, back and neck conditions, neurological impairment, arthritis, etc), orthopedic problems, people requiring pre- or post-operative rehabilitation and people who require assistance with weight management. We also welcome athletes recovering from any form of injury.
