University of the Western Cape Registrar
The Registrar is responsible for the enrolment cycle of students at an institutional level, the external assurance of academic programme approval, accreditation and registration as well as the establishing and maintaining of student administrative and management information systems. Other support departments and functions within the Registrar’s Portfolio include institutional archives, records management and administration, the compilation of institutional calendars and class and examination time-tables, compliance office of the regulatory frameworks and record keeping of agreements and contracts.
