USB Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Development
USB’s internationally accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Development acknowledges leadership as the prime driver of a culture of organisational performance. That is why this modular one-year programme focuses on your development as a leader and not on managerial functions such as finance, marketing and economics as well. These leadership competencies can be applied in any industry, anywhere in the world.

Notes
- Fees include books and study materials.
- €1 = about R14.50; US$ 1 = about R13.03 (30 May 2024).
- Deposit: All students pay a deposit on acceptance of admission. Foreign students need to pay a deposit of 50% of the annual programme fees on acceptance to the programme and the balance prior to, or upon registration. The deposit is deducted from the programme fee. The deposit payable is non-refundable.
- Application fee: The application fee must accompany the application. The application fee is not refundable.
- Travelling, accommodation and meals are for students’ own account
