2024 Aveng HR Internship Programme
Aveng has an HR Internship for a recent graduate to join their team. The intern will be responsible for the administrative functionality and attends to the implementation of procedures, applications, systems and controls to facilitate the supporting, updating, circulation and maintenance of information from/ to the regions with regards to various activities in the HR Department.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE:
• No work experience required
• Assist with the maintenance of accurate and logical record keeping and filing
• Assist with the co-ordination and facilitation of recruitment and selection processes
• Assist with training and development co-ordination and administration
• Provides an administrative function to the team function including diary management, report writing, presentation development, minute taking and coordination of allocated projects
• Works closely with business leaders to identify issues and opportunities and the people implications
• Assists in the implementation of change initiatives
• To build and maintain effective relationships at all levels within the organisation
• Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines
• To develop high level of integrity and able to work with confidential and sensitive information
• To abreast and up-to-date with HR trends, legislative changes and industry wide development
