2024 Bursaries / Scholarship Programme at Northam

In line with our approved Social and Labour Pan (SLP), Northam Platinum. Zondereinde Mine is looking to award bursaries to top performing students studying towards mining related qualifications South African universities require a prospective student to first apply for admission before he/she can register. Zondereinde will only consider students who can prove that they possess provisional admission at the institution of their choice for their preferred field of study 

Required documents 

  • A valid South African identity Document (SA Citizen )
  • Academic record including current year results should be attached

Zondereinde is offering bursaries to exceptional students. This exciting opportunity is accessible to students studying accredited qualifications at the major South African Universities and Universities of Technology 

Disciplines that we offer bursaries for are as follows:

University Students

Required documents 
A valid National Senior Certificate having passed all subjects with an aggregate of 60% or more, one is studying towards obtaining it please send Grade 11 and current Grade 12 results.
Students already at Tertiary Institutions, should have obtained a minimum average of 60% in all major subjects

Financial Management 
Survey 
Geology 
Occupational Hygiene
