2024 Graduate Programme at AON

Aon South Africa is committed to skills development in the Insurance industry and is looking for graduates with an excellent academic record who are excited about having a career in the Insurance industry, to join them in February 2024. Opportunities are available in Cape Town, Durban and Sandton.
Aon is a leading global provider of risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human resources solutions and outsourcing services.
Broking Programme Purpose: To work alongside short term insurance professionals in underwriting and/or claims.

Risk Consulting Programme Purpose: This two year programme will prepare the candidate to be able to undertake insurance risk surveys. The actual work is not desk-bound, it involves spending time at various business learning to carry out risk surveys.
Requirements

A Completed B Com – Risk and Insurance Degree
Or a National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (A mechanical /electrical engineering degree will be an added advantage)
