The successful candidate will serve as admin and media support to the Key Client Business Development team. They will further be required to have a qualification in advertising/ media or related field.
Minimum Requirements
– Fully computer literate (Microsoft end-user)
– Knowledge of Web Analytic tools advantageous
– An advertising / marketing or related qualification will be advantageous

– Proficient in MS Office.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Able to work under pressure

– Must be passionate about online advertising and marketing
Duties & Responsibilities
– Fielding telephone calls in absence of BDM’s, and where not contactable on cellphone i.e. in meetings and presenting
– Assisting with urgent requirements from agencies of clients in absence of BDM’s in office, and where the BDM is either not available to field the request, or not disposed to take care of it
– Assisting in completion of Insertion Orders
– Liaising with creative agencies for advertising material
– Liasing with Advertising Agencies and clients on a daily basis (includes assisting with rate cards, rates, material specs, follow up on insertion orders)
– Constant contact with campaign management to ensure campaigns are delivering as required
– Managing campaign issues, reporting, campaign delivery
– Ensuring reporting is being delivered to clients
– Delivery of quick turn-around proposals (basic CPM buys) and set packages or opportunities upon request
– Working together with Campaign management team to ensure Fusion information is up to date and all elements in
– Assist in compiling Presentations/Pitch documents where needed
– Research clients based on BDM’s needs
– Filing and sorting information in BDM folder – ensuring the data and info is current and available
– Set up appointments with client on behalf of BDM’s
– Gathering information as needed by BDM’s from different departments within the business
