Minimum Requirements 


• 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree 
• 3 Year Bachelor’s Degree with Honours 
• 3 Years Bachelor’s Degree with relevant post graduate training 

• Project Managers must have 7 years’ experience working as a consultant within the Consulting Environment Group

• Oversee the daily team management and accept accountability for deliverables during project execution 
• Help shape and drive the strategic objectives of the department 
• Lead team problem solving on specific projects and coordinate inputs from clients and leadership 
• Provide consulting services by managing and leading the consulting process with client teams 
• Lead project team in initiating and supporting the business to identify areas of improvement 
• Advise Senior Executives on pre 
• Provide support to Eskom Executive Committee level clients including the Group CEO 
• Coach junior and senior consultants in projects and provide overall guidance during an initiative 
• Drive personal development
