Our client, a Cape Town based inbound travel company is looking for a Groups consultant to join their dynamic team. The right candidate should have some experience within the tourism industry specifically handling everything between quoting, booking and invoicing of travel products for groups.
The company is led by more than 25 year experience of travels in Southern Africa such as high demands in a family-like atmosphere. The company provides the opportunity for growth and development while also supporting the suitable candidate in his/her visa application process if necessary. Key performance areas:
- Handling all functions from A-Z from quoting to invoicing
- Bookings
- Working closely with the Production Consultant
- Liaising with clients
Qualifications and experiences:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the tourism industry
- Experience in in Inbound Sales /similar role (advantageous)
Competencies required:
- Native spoken and written French and/or fluency in English
- Numeracy
- Computer proficiency (especially MS Word and Excel)
- Team player
- Organised and high attention to detail
- Resourceful attitude
