Advisory Graduate Programmes
For graduates who are looking to move into PwC’s Advisory (consulting) department we have a range of specialist graduate programmes. Our Advisory graduate training programmes vary in duration and scope depending on your qualification.
Foundation for the Future Programme:
This two year rotational programme provides individuals with three months of exposure in the different business units of Advisory. This will give graduates the opportunity to receive maximum exposure to the vibrant consulting environment within our firm.
Forensic Graduate Programme:
If you are interested in a career within Forensic investigations and you have a Bachelor if Commerce in Forensics, Accounting, Internal Audit, Risk Management or Laws, then this programme is the place for you. For graduates interested in the Forensic Technology Services a background in Accounting combined with a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems, or a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science would be a strong merit.
This is a three year training programme whereby individuals will be required to become a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) upon completion. Graduates will have an opportunity to work on clients where fraud, corruption and economic crimes have taken place and a thorough, professional and independent approach is required to investigate the case.
Not only are there a broad range of specialties within the Forensic Graduate program, but opportunities for development from an Associate all the way to Partner is available in the Forensic Investigations & Dispute Resolution team.
Trainees will gain specific exposure in receiving a combination of formal and practical on-the-job training, further developing their skill set in the following service lines:
- Corporate Intelligence
- Investigations
- Forensic Technology Services
- Anti-Money Laundering
- Fraud Risk Consulting
- Healthcare
- Expert Accounting & Dispute Resolution
Our Advisory division also makes provision for graduates within the Deals and Strategy areas, where graduates have the opportunity to expand their experience in Financial advice, Mergers & Acquisitions and providing clients with practical ways of implementing strategy.

What should I expect when joining the PwC Advisory team?
As part of the Advisory team you will deal with:

- various business processes; and
- the latest methods of consulting.
