Monitoring projects and controlling cost, time and quality
Provide Execution management, supervision, direction and monitoring of the performance of the installation and erection by contractors
Effectively reporting on projects
Providing project Construction co-ordination function and managing a team effectively
Managing the safety health environmental quality (SHEQ)
Direct and coordinate the daily activities of their assigned construction area.
Ensure execution of construction is in accordance to project specification and drawings.
