MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in/or studying towards in Human Resources Management/Payroll
- Experience in Human Resources and Payroll in a generalist capacity
- Minimum 1 year(s) experience in similar position
- Experience working with NBCFRI (MUST)
- VIP Payroll

Job Specification
- Be able to work under pressure

- Collate payroll changes
- Calculating deductions
- Maintaining all staff records
- Liaising with NBCRFI and Retirement Fund providers on any employee changes and requests
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
- Month-end salary journal and payroll reports
- Mid and tax year-end reconciliations
- Resolve payroll related queries
- Prepare monthly payments e.g. garnishee orders, tax and statutory deductions, etc.
- Entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing new employees, leave administration, terminations, transfers, increases, bonuses, maternity leave calculations, pension fund administration, NBCFRI, etc.
- Prepare and submit – EMP201, including locum staff (manual tax deducted)
- Ensure accuracy when preparing – IRP5’s, reconciling back to EMP501
- Prepare and submit – UIF Declaration
- Prepare and submit Yearly Workmen Compensation schedules
- Process manual staff leave forms and capture
- Prepare and submit Leave Schedules to all managers and branches
- Manage recruitment process from Advertising – offer
- Assist and capture overtime
- Monthly reports and filing
- Assisting in the training, benefits and recruitment department with regard to administration
- Advise line managers on HR Processes and Procedures
- Collate labour broker drivers log sheets and process for payment
- Will be required to work overtime when needed
