Standard Bank invites applications for IT Skills, Credit Evaluations Customer Careand Universal Banking learnership opportunities which are currently available in various areas across the country.

1. IT SAP Skills Africa
The SAP Skill Africa Learnership programme is targeted specifically at creating a pipeline for SAP developers in Banking Services.  It is an 18 month programme that will allow successful candidates to be introduced to the world of Banking and SAP.
2. Credit Evaluations Learnership
The Credit Evaluations Learnership programme is targeted specifically at creating a pipeline for Credit Evaluation Officers in Banking Services.  It is a 12 month programme that will allow successful candidates to be introduced to the world of Banking and Credit.
3. Customer Contact Center
The learnership is a 12 month programme which will allocate successful candidates to various areas in the bank where they will be spending time applying their learning, when they are not formally or informally engaged in training activities. Upon successful completion, candidates will obtain a recognised Core Banking and Financial Services (NQF 5) qualification.
4. Universal Banker Learnership (All Provinces)
The learnership is an 18 month programme which will allocate successful candidates to the Frontline and Bureau de Change area in the bank where they will be spending time applying their learning, when they are not formally or informally engaged in training activities.
Requirements
The candidate must:

    • Be between the ages of 18 and 30
    • Be able to speak, read and write English
    • Have completed Matric or a 3-year IT related qualification (preferably in software development) or BCom Accounting or/ Economics or / Law or/ Finance or/ IT or/ Analytics degree
    • Be computer literate
    • Not be permanently employed
    • Not be studying at any other institution
    • Not be registered on any other learnership.
