INTRODUCTION
Seeking an experienced developer to architect complete solutions including installation, configuration, design and development, and administration using QlikView.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Qlikview developer
- Sage X3 experience
- Transport/supply chain industry experience
Job Specification
- Minimum 3 years experience with QlikView
- Ability to perform in fast paced BI environment; collect requirements, build prototypes and rollout in quick successions
- Experience with QlikView Server setup, configuration, administration and monitoring (user set up and document/data security)
- Experience setting up enterprise standards for applications, metadata, data modeling, and data loading
- Solid understanding of QlikView architecture and best practices
- Experience with QlikView publisher
- Ability to write QlikView SQL scripts from multiple data sources
- Experience with incremental data loads
- Expertise in GUI design with QlikView to develop easy to use applications.
- Experience with optimization and tuning the applications for maximum memory management.
- Experience with creating expressions using set analysis
- Ability to design QlikView data model for best performance
- Experience dealing with hierarchies in QlikView
- Experience with application segmentation and document chaining
- Experience building a code reusability framework and application sharing.
- Experience with QVD/QVW capacity plans and estimates
- Experience in Transport industry is a plus
- Sage X3 experience is a plus
