Qualification(s):
• Degree / Honours in Behavioural Science or Post Graduate HR Diploma
Experience:
• 7 Years minimum related experience

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and guide development of organisational effectiveness plans and program
• Provide specialist advice and guidance in respect of organisational effectiveness policies, procedures, processes and systems
• Direct the implementation of organisational effectiveness related project
• Represent Human Resources at Eskom Corporate Human resources Projects, forums and work groups
• Participate and provide guidance in the preparation of organisational effectiveness business cases
• Manage the section budget
• Manage staff
• Provide specialist advise
• Manage the change management process
