Capabilities and Responsibilities:
Accountable for the outbound logistics, Port operations and site based operational services.  Site based operational services includes village, aviation, power, waste and coordination of central training function.  This role is both operational focused as well as commercially focused through extensive contract management and marketing engagement.
Competencies:

• 7 – 10 years’ industry experience
• Operations and contracts management background
• 2 – 5 years’ experience with managing contractors and or employees in a similar capacity
• Experience managing commercial contracts
