About the speaker
 Toni van Niekerk currently holds the position of Director: Business Enablement in the City of Cape Town’s Transport and Urban Development Authority (TDA). She holds an array of qualifications and international accreditations in the transformation-through-people space. With 15 years’ executive experience across multiple industries, Toni is an expert in business transformation. As a metrics and performance management driver, Toni raises performance, drives change and shapes an organization for success by creating synergy between strategy, technology, systems, culture, structure and people. She is currently undergoing certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a rigorous and intense training programme that promotes a statistical analytical, data-driven approach to improving process performance – adding value to the customer and instilling a culture of continuous improvement in the business.
