International Business Training College(IBTC) 2024 Payment Options
We have a range of payment options available to students (whether you pay for your studies yourself or are a sponsored student).
You can pay via electronic funds transfer, bank transfer or credit card. You can pay your fees in full or take advantage of our payment plan.
Because we’re nice, our payment plan allows you to pay your studies over 5 months interest free. Simply select the payment plan option when making a booking.
If you are taking advantage of the payment plan, we can only confirm your booking once we have received your deposit and debit order form for the balance of the payments. A debit order form will be emailed to you as soon as you have paid your deposit.
How do I calculate my debit order payments?

- Your deposit amount should be at least 20% of your tuition fees
- You can then split the balance over the next 4 months, paying the total invoice over 5 months interest free
So when do you get your study material? As soon as you have paid your deposit and sent in your debit order form we’ll confirm your booking and send any material relevant to your booking.
Unfortunately only South African residents are eligible for the payment plan.

Is your company making payment?
If you are lucky enough for your company to be making payment then you can either create an invoice with your companies details and they can pay via EFT.
Otherwise if your company takes a while to make payment, you can make a booking and then just send us a letter or purchase order confirming the payment details.
