The candidate will be working closely with the sales team in Cape town promoting our solutions and be on the forefront of providing and selling VOIP telephony and connectivity solutions to prospective and existing customers in the Western Cape area. Excellent communication skills will be needed for this role and the candidate will be up-skilled as needed to fit the role better.
- VOIP telephony experience, MITEL, Samsung SCM but if not he will be trained and upskilled in both products
- Two to five years of experience in IT or VOIP environments
- N+ and A+, any another networking certification is a plus point
- Analog/digital PBX experience, Samsung preferred
- Good customer service skills, presales skills would be a bonus
- Experience with Cloud and hosted solutions
- Drivers licence and own transport essential
