NEDBANK : Engineering, Technology and Computer Science Master’s Programme 2024

The Nedbank Engineering, Technology and Computer Science Master’s Programme will offer two successful candidates the opportunity to complete a two-year Master’s degree in engineering, technology or computer science at Stanford, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) or Harvard.
Who qualifies?
- You are a top-performing graduate and are finishing or have just completed your studies, and have started working (no more than three years’ working experience)
- You are a South African citizen
- You meet the admission requirements of the relevant university
- Your degree is equivalent to a US bachelor’s degree from universities of recognised standing

Stanford
- Master of Science in Computer Science
- Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering
- Master of Science in Computational and Mathematical Engineering
MIT
- Master’s in Computation for Design and Optimisation
- Master’s in Business Analytics
Harvard
- Master of Science in Computational Science and Engineering
- Master’s in Design Engineering
On acceptance by the relevant institution Nedbank will fund:
- registration and tuition fees
- books and supplies
- accommodation, as well as an allowance for living costs
- healthcare insurance
- two return flights per year (SA/USA)
Nedbank will arrange vacation work for you at the bank or other leading technology companies with which we have a relationship.
You will be liable for the application fees, including the cost of writing a language test and other relevant university tests, e.g. verbal and quantitative reasoning, as well as analytical writing.
Application process
If you are interested, you should apply directly to the relevant institution (Stanford, MIT or Harvard).
For most of these programmes, applications close at the end of November 2024 for their academic year starting in August 2024. Therefore please apply as soon as possible.
On acceptance by the institution, you can approach Nedbank for a full sponsorship.
Your application should reach us by no later than 30 March 2024.
