MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Training related qualification (Beneficial)
- Code EC Driver’s License
- Facilitator
- Registered Assessor and Moderator
- Operator combination vehicle
- Dangerous goods
- 1st Aid
- Fire Fighting

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with Customers and address requirements
- Schedule training for allocated regions/groups
- Execute the schedule and report in accordance
- Provide support to Contract trainers and monitor quality of submissions
- Adhere to quality management system
- Ownership for maintaining driver company files
- Capture and file documents on learner management system
- Review Driver curriculum annually
- Monitor processing on LMS
- Provide training, support and quality audits to allocated countries in Africa
- Facilitate classroom training in line with requirements
- Assess against set standards
- Moderate as per guidelines contained in QMS
