STANLIB : 2024 Graduate Training Programme
STANLIB understand the need to support not only our own people but those living in our local communities as well. In line with this, we invest in people from diverse backgrounds. Our social responsibility projects have a strong focus on education and training.
Running various programmes such as this internship programme, STANLIB provides opportunities for unemployed graduates to gain meaningful workplace experience to complement their studies and gain access to the labour market. Successful applicants will be employed on a 12 Month contract, given a monthly stipend/allowance.
STANLIB is one of the largest investment managers in South Africa with a footprint in 7 African countries.

c) Performance, Risk & Implementation (BSc; Maths or stats or Investment Management or Econometrics) reference – Performance 2024
d) Absolute Return Strategies (BCom/Bsc; Mathematical Science or Statistics or Economics) reference – Absolute Return 2024
e) STANLIB Index Investments – provider of passive investment solutions (Honours in Accounting) reference – Index Investment 2024

Requirements
- To qualify for the Graduate Training programme, you must:
- be an unemployed South African citizen graduate aged 20-35 years:
- have completed a degree or Honours at a South African iInstituteof Higher learning.
