2024 Massmart Internship Opportunity

Massmart’s Divisions comprise: Massdiscounters, Masswarehouse, Massbuild and Masscash. Each has a dedicated management team focusing on a particular retail or wholesale format, merchandise proposition and customer base.

Our divisions are empowered to take trading decisions within a strategic framework and governance structure defined by the Massmart Group.

We have internship programmes available for disabled persons. Massmart believes in the values of diversity and inclusivity. As part of this we’ve established a program aimed at attracting disabled candidates for the 2024 Massmart Disability Internship program.
Successful candidates will spend 12 months learning about business with the aim of being absorbed into permanent entry level roles at the end of the internship.

Minimum requirement:

Unemployed final year students or graduates with National Diploma in the following areas:
Supply Chain
Information Technology/Information Systems
Finance
HR
Accounting/Internal Audit
Legal
