The South African BankNote Company (SABN), a fully owned subsidiary of the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) invites applications for
their 2024 Graduate internship Training Programme.

The South African Bank Note Company (SABN) is a highly competitive Security Printing Company which competes on a global scale, using the latest high-tech modern technology and machinery with printing capabilities of the very highest international standards.
They are currently looking for two (2) high performing graduates to join their exciting company for 2024 Graduate internship Training Programme, which will ensure a smooth transition from the university life to a highly professional working environment. The programme will allow the graduate to convert theoretically acquired knowledge into activities related to professional practices, where they will be mentored and groomed by industry experts in order to become future industry leaders. The programme exposes graduates to global best practices in the world of Security Printing industry.
The duration of the programme will be 24 months. The programme consists of formal, theoretical and on-the-job training. The graduates will be required to complete various tasks and /or assignments, and will be evaluated by a panel on a six (6) month basis, to ensure adequate learning progress.
The candidate should preferably be willing to relocate or already staying in the Pretoria area and arrange their own accommodation and transport. The company will provide the graduate with a market related monthly allowance.
Requirements

  • The candidate must have completed their qualification in:
  • National Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering
  • Must have obtained an average aggregate of 60% and above
  • Have completed their qualification with no modules or exams outstanding
  • Knowledge and Skills:
  • MS Office Suite packages
  • Conscientious and self-disciplined
  • Initiative
  • Result oriented
  • Willing to learn
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team
