The Southern African Association of Youth Clubs, a youth development organization that provides training and programme support services to youth clubs in Southern Africa, invites a suitably qualified candidate to apply for this position:
Job Title:Provincial Coordinator
Location: Mpumalanga
Purpose: To provide services and support to SAAYC members within the Mpumalanga Province.
Salary: R180,000.00 per annum (inclusive of benefits)
Responsibilities :
- Coordinating and implementing the membership recruitment and retention strategies in the Mpumalanga;
- Identifying and engaging with relevant stakeholders;
- Assess member requirements to ensure provision of relevant support;
- Facilitating all planned activities and member capacity building trainings;
- Monitoring and Evaluating programme/project effectiveness to inform improved delivery methods;
- Evaluating and documenting issues advocated for by members;
- Developing monthly plans and consolidated reports as required by the Programmes Manager;
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
- Diploma in Youth Development or equivalent
- Registered Facilitator
- 3- 5 years’ experience in coordinating youth development projects
- Valid driver’s license
- Good Presentation Skills
- Strategic Partnerships Management
- Facilitation skills
- Good resource mobilisation skills
- Report writing skills
- Referencing skills
