Job description
This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational functions within the digital marketing team. The individual is accountable for achieving results through own efforts.
- Gains business and system knowledge and keeps abreast of new developments on an ongoing basis
- Contributes to functional and data analysis and design
- Responsible for the identification and investigation of operational errors in order to recommend required system changes
- Responsible for the investigation of operational errors routed to the digital team
- Managing stakeholder relationships and processes
- Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills
- Assesses reporting requirements and facilitates automation of reporting requirements
- Has previous experience in and an interest in the digital sphere
- Has experience in campaign management (marketing/digital campaigns)
- Performs all digital administration functions
Minimum qualifications – if known
- Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification in marketing is essential

- Corporate exposure and stakeholder management
- Campaign management experience
- Digital advertising a must
- Previous strategy management
