Competences and Requirements

A good technical aptitude
Computer literate(MS Office)
A self-motivated team player
Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and able to use own initiative
Be prepared to work overtime/call-out when required
Previous exposure to a high speed machine environment will be advantages
Valid driver’s license will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Providing support to the production process with adequate levels of availability and reliability
Attaining practical and theoretical experience
Completion of all modules based on the modular system of training
In light of the above the apprenticeship must be fulfilled within a minimum of a 3 year period
Maintaining production/plant efficiencies (Output and Quality)
Adherence to plant rules and regulations
