Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, vibey Project Manager who can fit right in and get along with the quirky characters that make up Hg80. We don’t do egos or prudes.
You will work in collaboration with the studio, production department and the client service team to manage the smooth flow of work in our agency, effectively delivering projects according to budget and brief.
This is a great opportunity with a lot of potential to grow.
Responsibilities:

• Opening job bags and loading onto the system
• Attend briefing sessions and familiarise yourself with the brief objectives and deliverables requirements
• Managing traffic processes and the studio work load
• Assigning tasks to resources
• Problem-solving any scheduling conflicts
• Working closely with the relevant departments to review, manage and book the right resources for the job
• Liasing with clients
• Cultivating relationships with key client contacts and partners
• Scheduling and managing meetings relating to in-studio work (e.g. brainstorms, reviews, etc.)
• Conducting weekly status meetings
• Proactively exploring new systems and processes that enhance the flow of work through the agency
• Understand project budgets and billing processes
• Keep a close eye on timing and deadlines to ensure the job is on track

Requirements

• Between one and two years’ experience as a traffic manager or project manager in a digital or traditional advertising agency, or other marketing environment
• Relevant tertiary education to support this role
• A good understanding of the advertising/digital industry and the creative process
• Proficient in using Chase, MS Word and Excel
