Job description

We are now looking for a dedicated account director to join our client service team. The core function of this role is the management of client accounts and the delivery of Agency services in an efficient and effective manner.
Duties:
- The management of medium to large projects from start to finish without assistance
- Day to day liaison with clients
- Briefings with clients/Contact Reports
- Involvement in prelim strategy coupled with research
- Translating the brief into production/traffic, briefing the team
- Extensive proof checking on all work done on your projects and according to brief
- Involvement in reviews and brainstorms with the team
- Project plan creation and meeting project timelines set
- Weekly status reports, project plan updates/weekly status meetings to be held with clients
- Deadlines to be met at all times/on going follow-ups with clients and with traffic on all projects in progress
- Presenting creative work to your clients
- Financial responsibilities on accounts – monthly overview, budgets on projects, cost estimates, approvals/PO’s from client/billings/project recons/updating weekly profit margins on projects
- Co-ordinate and manage client relationships
- Managing and achieving your target on a monthly basis
- Cash flow management on your projects
- Looking for brand development opportunities
- Monitoring of project team and signing off of team project plans/timelines

Requirements
- Five+ years’ experience in an account management position
- MS Excel, MS Word, and Chase Software
- Must have creative agency or advertising experience
