Position: Admin Assistant in Film Distribution Department
Availability: Immediately
Time period: Six months with option to renew
Experience: Administration and office management work. Additional experience in events coordination would be an advantage. This is not a creative position.
Big World Cinema is a film production and distribution company which has built up an extensive production and distribution network across Africa. For this reason, we need an individual to join our growing team as an admin assistant in the distribution department.
Key attributes:
- Demonstrable Microsoft (Excel and Word in particular) and Google Docs proficiency
- Clear and professional communication ability (via email, phone call, social media)
- Able to multitask
- Organisational skills are crucial. The candidate will have to take control over the administrative aspects of the company’s distribution office
- Detail-oriented
- Preferably have own transport
