A well-established company in telecommunications is looking for an Admin Clerk for their Midrand branch
Job Requirements:
• Matric
• Driver’s Licence
• Own Transport
• Cope well under pressure
• Work independently
• Be a team player
• Excellent communication skills
Experience:
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Admin Clerk
• Knowledge of the airtime industry
• Knowledge on CGIC
• Pastel Evolution essential
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Processing of credit notes
• Attending to client credit note queries
• Processing of account applications on CGIC
• Update of limits on CGIC
• Assisting with debtor queries
• Assisting department in all aspects and act as a back-up when other employees are on leave or absent
