Compuscan Academy, a Stellenbosch-based private training provider in the banking and micro-finance environment, has a position available for an Administration Assistant to join the team for 6 months.
Key Requirements:
- Matric – NQF Level 4
- 1-2 Years’ Administration experience
- 1-2 Years’ work experience in a training/skills development environment beneficial
- Computer literate MS Office 2010
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Key Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organising and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Exposure to the financial/credit industry would be an advantage
- Exposure to and understanding of the outcomes based education and training environment, the relevant legislation and the credit industry would be an advantage
Key Function of role:
- Monitor and track scheduled training on training calendar/schedule to determine printing requirements for training materials
- Preparation and distribution of course materials
- Capture training interventions and learner details onto the learner management system
- File all training and administrative records
- Issue certificates timeously using registered mail
Based on experience and qualification we offer the following:
- Basic salary: negotiable
