- Full Function Reception Duties
- Ensuring that the reception area and work station are maintained and kept neat and tidy at all times
- Ensuring that all plants are maintained
- Ensure that cleaning staff complete their duties. Ensuring that cleanliness and hygiene schedules are completed.

- Liaising with promoters/merchandisers
- Recording of promoters/merchandisers registers
- Tracking of waybills and querying consignments
- Follow up on POD’s
- Ensuring staff details are updated at all times
- Assist the accounts/hr officer as and when required
- Assist Members as and when required
- Shoprite KZN duties – ranging from but not conformed to Filing, Obtaining GRN Numbers, Recording GRN Numbers on the appropriate invoice, Update GRN spreadsheet, update Zero Stock report, Call stores for orders, Queries/Issue, record merchandiser visits.

- Receiving and dispatching duties
- The Employee is not conformed to the above mentioned tasks generally associated with this position and may be requested by The Employer to perform other tasks out of his/her generally associated tasks within limits from time to time.
