Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (4 B. Com Subjects)
  • National Diploma of Personnel Management and Administration
  • Computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s license

Core Responsibilities:

  • Upkeep of statistical in respect of credit control section
  • Recovery of all outstanding debt
  • Register council claims regarding insolvencies, liquidation, administrations notices and sales in executions in order to reduce council debt
  • Prepare write-off report for irrecoverable debt
  • Co- responsibility for the instruction to summons
  • Co- responsibility for staying in contact with attorneys regarding outstanding cases
  • Co-responsibility to make sure that money recovered were correctly receipt and allocated
  • Responsible for the records relating to all credit control processes and policies
  • Responsible for the tracing of all closed accounts with debit balances and apply credit control measures
