Airport Company: Account Agent Business Accounts Job 2026

• Support the implementation of the relevant client account engagement program to meet client’s strategy and Operating model.
• Provide relevant information regarding the Airport market.
• Support the client interface which includes on-boarding and exiting the business.
• Improving ease of doing business with ACSA.
• Collaborate on value generating interventions and contribute to Commercial growth.
• Ensure quality assurance of inspection and operational reviews.
• Support initiatives that contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.
• Adhere to and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures, by reporting on non-compliance.
• Support implementation of corrective action.
• Conduct audits on request to ensure compliance.
• Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
• Provide input, analyse, develop and submit various reports.
   
  Technical Skills and Experience
• The candidate must be in possession of a Diploma in Business Development / Marketing /Business Administration or BCom.
• Relevant 2-4 year’s operational experience within the Commercial environment is essential.
• Knowledge of Property Management System, Contract, Project and Quality Management.
• Intermediate level on Microsoft Package
