Key Performance Outputs:

    • Lead and manage the operations, maintenance and support function for Enterprise Applications;
    • Ensure that all software license, resource, support, and data contracts are valid/active/loaded/ paid in line with SCM policies and procedures;
    • Ensure that software license agreements match current utilization/deployment levels and provide input into the budgeting process to ensure alignment;
    • Improve the quality of service delivered, and drive continuous performance improvement within the Enterprise Applications space;
    • Lead and manage staff members to maximize customer satisfaction and deliver services as per service level agreements;
    • Deliver services to customers by leveraging operational level agreements with internal ACSA support functions and underpinning contracts with vendors;
    • Identify and assess operational risks and ensure plans are developed to minimize potential threats;
    • Ensure that the team is appropriately capacitated and skilled to operate, support and maintain Enterprise Applications;
    • Ensure appropriate knowledge transfer and handover between project/development team to the
    • Applications operational team; and
    • Ensure all ACSA staff and service desk staff are trained on systems.

Technical Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Informatics/ Information Technology;
  • 4 years€™ operational experience in managing a multidisciplinary environment from an operation, support and maintenance perspective with exposure to the following areas: Oracle eBS R12+ and Oracle Cloud solutions / IBM Websphere Integration Products / Microsoft SharePoint and .Net;
  • 6 years€™ supervisor experience in IT
  • Working Knowledge of the Aviation / Transport and/or Airports industries as well as Technology Trends including Services Oriented Architecture and Web Services 2.0;
  • Code B; Motor vehicle licence.
