IT Systems Integration Specialist
Exciting opportunities exist for suitably qualified and skilled individuals to join the Enterprise Applications Department in IT Division at Corporate Office.
 
Key Performance Outputs
 
The successful candidate, reporting to the Technical Operations Manager Application Maintenance and Support will be responsible for the following:
  • Formulating integration strategy, principles and standards and defining reference architecture environment, ensuring system uptime and solutions architecture for integration requirements;
  • Ensuring quality and integrity of documents;
  • Completion of project activities with stakeholders and resolve incidents and service requests according to service level agreements;
  • Engaging proactively with stakeholders and establishing and improve IT services;
  • Contributing to strategy, planning and developing processes, procedures and training interventions;
  • Executing processes and procedures and submitting reports within required timeframes;
  • Coordinating and consolidating compliance reports and report on compliance issues timeously;
  • Adhering to and ensuring adherence to statutory regulations, organizational standards, guidelines, policies and procedures and assist with resolution of audit findings;
  • Providing technical/ professional support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of functional and organizational objectives;
  • Building, supporting and maintaining healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of organizational goals and implement remedial actions where required.
Technical Skills and Experience
 
The following skills and experience or the equivalent thereof, will be required:
  • Bachelors’ Degree in information Technology/ Computer Science/ Informatics;
  • 5 years solid working experience in Enterprise Application Integration;
  • 4 years Supervisory experience in Enterprise Application Integration is advantageous;
  • Basic understanding of TOGAF and Oracle (ERP).
