Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
• Grade 12 / N3 & Trade Test
Experience:
• 4 years technical (including 2 years Apprenticeship Training)
Skills and Competencies
• Communication
• Computer literacy
• Plant safety regulations
• Knowledge of electrical installation systems
• Basic health and safety knowledge
• Supervisory skills
• ORHV regulations
• Coaching skills
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventative and corrective recurring defects
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Provide on job training
• Investigate recurring defects
• Assist and advise relevant staff
• Attend meetings
• Co-ordinate and control allocated Team’s activities
• Perform any other legitimate activity as required
